Print-on-Demand Products

Some items sold on our store are print-on-demand products, which means they are custom printed after you place your order.

Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect size ordered by the customer
• buyer’s remorse
• change of mind

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• a replacement item
• or a refund


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:

• damaged
• defective
• or shipped incorrectly

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
